$100 non-refundable art draft fee applied to initial deposit for all commissioned artworks.
50% deposit due before beginning a commissioned artwork. Final 50% due before shipping/drop off. Pricing will vary based on requests, deadlines and shipping preferences.

ALL PHOTOGRAPHY and ART WORKS are equally owned by Janette Marie, the artist and the commissioning party.
- {Failure to pay by due date results in forfeiture of commissioned art minus deposits and non-refundable art draft fee.}
Paid deposits may hold the commissioned piece for a 60-day grace period which thereafter cancels the contract. The finished/partially paid piece transfers 100% ownership to the artist, Janette Marie. - Excessive misbehavior or ill intent among the booker or the booker’s guests at the art studio could result in breach of contract and permanent ban from booking and/or attending future sessions/events at The Green Bees Knees.
